Patrons or staff may not be solicited while on Library property or property under the control of the Library. The act of soliciting includes the sale or distribution of merchandise, sales materials, tickets, insurance, coupons, magazine subscriptions, political campaign material, or anything not connected with the work of the Library.
Exception
Solicitations and fund-raising projects that are sponsored by the Library staff and approved by the Director, and/or sponsored by the Board or Friends are allowed.
